About Us

I am a pom owner for 10 yrs. I fell in love with the breed because of our first pom owned. I breed this dog because I want everyone out there seeking a pommie for their lives - to connect and have the most wonderful pet imaginable. Our love of poms and the great poms we have had has urged us to continue with a goal! Showing! We are striving to produce a line that wins in the ring! We have used different backgrounds, to produce a pup with no genetic problems, one that is warranted on its' own. That has been our goal. We do offer pet quality pups at an extremely affordable prices, and occasionally the pick of the litter. We strive to maintain affordability in all stages. For those of you that know us and wonder where we have been for the last year - well, we all took a much needed break! I apologize for any inconvenience it has caused any of you.

 

Our Home

It is not an uncommon statement to hear that poms are addictive! Well, they truly are. And after having so many in our home for so long, we did build a pom house in our back yard. We only have 9 runs with lots of room to run and play outdoors, and of course our sweeties always take turns coming in the house as that is where they were to begin with prior to our dog house arrangement. Please be assured that it is insulated with the best, has a digital air conditioner that sets temperatures, has a radiator heater that is non-combustible, and I also have a digital thermometer by my bed that tells me what temperature my poms are living in at all times. It even has an alarm for when it ever goes below or above the temps that I and the AKC have set as being adequate! Our males have each a run to themselves - unless they have a stayover! We have also equipped our building with a misting system to cool down the outdoor temperature in our Oklahoma hot summers. I use frontline plus on all of our animals and I use Interceptor as a monthly heartworm preventative and wormer. We strive to take care of our babies in the best way! You are welcome to come and visit us. Please note that if you have visited any other kennels in your journey for the day - you will not be allowed inside our kennel for safety, but you are welcome to walk outside of them to see the dogs. I do enforce this as a safety measure for my babies, and I do expect you to be honest when you visit me that you have not visited other kennels in your search for the perfect dog.

Our puppies are raised in our home. They will have at least two immunizations, wormed and even started on heartwormer preventatative before they leave us. They will normally know how to walk amongst human feet, been introduced to a large dog and cats. They will know many things that are household sounds such as the dishwasher, dishes being done, laundry. They will know what linoleum feels like and carpet. They will usually know boundaries such as I am on the couch and this is the edge that I do not go past! I will tell you anything they are not accustomed to or have not learned well - as that is my job as the breeder!

 

Shipping and Payment Options

We do offer shipping. We have never had a pup arrive in dire circumstances. Our goal is to prepare your pup for shipping, and this means many things - take them on car rides, take them to work where they are out of their element and hear many different sounds. We will do all of this and let you know when the puppy is ready to handle the flight.

We accept Paypal, and checks or moneyorders. With Paypal the pup can ship immediately, with checks or moneyorders they will need to clear before your puppy ships.

 

Extras

I do expect you to keep me updated on your pup. We love the photos! We love to see all the changes, the progressions, and the finished product! Your pup will go through an ugly stage in which they loose a large proportion of their long hair - you may even be embarrassed to take them into public! This will always change - please be assured.

We are also offering pet insurance in the future so that if you ever have any issues with your dog from us - there is coverage, this is an initial payment on our part - not you! Upon your purchase you will not only receive your AKC papers (we are AKC only), but I will give you a pom hair tips document so that you know how to groom your new pommie and also a document that will tell you the benefits of nutrition and some pointers on discipline! With our puppies we use Eukanuba. Our older pups we use Diamond High Energy. We have found these dog foods to do the best with our dogs. We also offer AKC online registration with your pup! And a note - If you ever want to see our AKC inspection record - then just let me know! We got a 100%! A special note: Do let me know how your dog is doing, and if you have any issues at all, I am glad to give you the best advice I can on dog rearing! I do not mind in the least, and I'm kinda good at it if you want to know the truth - if you would like references - I am happy to supply them!
